500 g self raising flour of
1 cup of olive oil
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of fresh orange juice
2 oranges (organic and virgin oranges)
Beat the oil with sugar
Add one by one the eggs, the zest, the juice
And finally, slowly pour the flour.
Empty the mixture in a buttered and floured pan with a diameter of 25-30cm, or in a large cake form.
Bake in a preheated oven in the air at 180 degrees for about an hour (until the knife comes out clean). We wait for it to cool well and turn it over carefully to a platter.
